Chimney Inspection !!
Chimneys are only inspected when safe and readily accessible.
The middle photo shows the damaged chimney observed during the Home Inspection, the photo on the right shows the chimney repaired several weeks after I inspected the Home.

Sub standard quality amateur plumbing repairs are unreliable. Most of the major plumbing systems and components are not visible or readily accessible.
